Realizing the power of your sensitivity to transform your relationships

1. Identify your individual needs

No two highly sensitive people are the same - which is why it's so important to unpack what exactly overwhelms YOU. How does overstimulation look on you? The who, the what, the where, the when... All of this information reveals how your sensitivity and physical body is communicating with you. This is KEY to understanding so you never neglect your needs again.

2. Redirect your energy 

After identifying your essential needs in all areas of your life, the transformation begins.
Re-programming your brain and nervous system to start prioritizing your needs takes dedication to emotional intelligence building practices - like shadow work and energy protection. 
Once you redirect your energy this way, it will be far easier for you to stop your overwhelm in its tracks.

3. Step into your power in all areas of your life

Self-development is not a static thing, but a dynamic process. My courses and 1:1 container are structured in a way so that you are constantly in a position to change your behavior and pattern-interrupt. Progress isn't linear, but you'll always feel it as a sensitive soul. Your relationship with yourself changes as you notice your overwhelm cease - and your outside world and relationships will follow suite.
